Parings done by Swiss System - colors will be alternated. Quick Ratings will be used for Odds Purposes (TD will assign a rating to unrated players). There will be no delay on the clocks. Rating Difference of 500 or greater - 8 minutes vs. 2 minutes; 401-500 - 8 vs 3 minutes; 301-400 8 vs. 4 minutes; 201-300 - 8 vs. 5 minutes; 101-200 - 8 vs. 6 minutes; 26-100 - 8 vs. 7 minutes; 0-25 - 8 minutes vs. 8 minutes.
