Patterson and Reynolds tie for State Correspondence Championship!!

Author: Mark Capron
9/4/2006 10:59:00 AM

After a long and intense battle Steve Patterson was able to hold off Jim Hodina's quest for a win and draw the game giving Steve 5 points in the tournament. The Five points matched Robert Reynolds score. Both Robert and Steve will be automatically placed in next year's finals. Congratulations to all of the players who played their hearts out in this event. There were many very tough games (next EP will feature the games) and the tournament came down to the last game to determine a winner. Next year's event will begin in January and the deadline for entry is December 10. I hope you will consider trying this event out!
